Old Lisbon

LISBON IS ITS OWN BELVEDERE
Lisbon is, in itself, a belvedere looking over itself and over the river which justifies it. In no other European city is the importance of the "views" so decisive in the choice of where to live.
LISBOA... appealing, desirable, incredibly plastic and seductively chromatic. And no, not a "white city" - it is pink and gold and made of the shining silver of the Tagus.
